More Tea and Coffee Can Help To Reduce Risk of Heart Disease

Drink more Tea and coffeeEuropean researchers suggest that by drinking over six cups of tea daily a person can be protected against heart disease.

During the study over 40,000 people participated in a period of 13 years.

It was also found that by consuming between two and four cups of coffee can be beneficial by lowering the risk by 20%. Although the effect stopped with over four cups, the people who drank that much were no more likely to die of not only this disease but stroke and cancer ,than the ones who drank none.

Regarding adding milk to either coffee or tea, there are no clear reports as to whether the milk will change the effect of the polyphenols which is said to be the most important substance in tea.

This is good news for all those tea and coffee lovers and by enjoying their favorite drinks they not only protect their heart but also are reducing the risk of developing any other disease.

Still healthy live style is the key component is keeping our heart protected.

So having a cigarette with your coffee is out of the question!
